- Olives
- Nonfat Cottage Cheese
- Air Popcorn (94% fat free)
- Sugar Free Jello
- Frozen Yogurt
- Scoop of Peanut Butter
- Hummus and carrots or celery
- Almonds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Sliced Apples
- Pickles
- Apple
- Any frozen fruit
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Anything soy is great- Soy chips.
